Experience
Charalambos joined CPM in 2016 as the Manager of the Larnaca Office, responsible for the overall management of the Larnaca operations, performance, and business development activities. In 2017 Charalambos was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, while maintaining his involvement and duties with the Larnaca Office. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the company.
Prior to joining CPM, Charalambos managed the operations of a consulting firm, operating in Cyprus and Qatar, aiming to diversify European companies to the Middle East. He also served as a Director of a retail and wholesale trading company in Cyprus, where he managed the import/export network, partners and foreign relations in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He is experienced in commercial trading negotiations, ground operations, project management, and human resources.
Charalambos has also obtained experience as a consultant with the U.S. Small Business Administration Agency based in Washington D.C., tasked with implementing process improvement methods and strategic management to entrepreneurships, giving him a unique understanding of entrepreneurial development, business financing, and advocacy for small businesses in the US.
